The 3D World vs. Our Inner World
Unlocking layers of our reality

Higher Self, Inner Self, Physical Self, Astral Self. They are all of us, intertwined by the common thread of being who we are.
It’s a lifelong journey to find out that we belong to more than just one.
What’s surprising is discovering that these worlds are not separate, but only coinciding and residing within each other.
There really is no exterior or interior, only layers of awareness that create the illusion of separation.
What is the 3D world?
This is the level where we find ourselves in clear separation from all that we see. While seemingly real, it is merely a level of awareness, among the many potential levels we carry.
It is the world of materiality; the world of black and white; proof, physical evidence, and hard science.
The 3D world may appear cold, constrictive, and limiting. It has a beginning. It has an end. There is life and there is death. It is only what we see.
What is the inner world?
This is the next stage of awareness, although in reality there are no clear stages–only a rising or falling on a spectrum.
It is the world of imagination, feeling, connecting and knowing. It is the source of inspiration.
The inner world is not disconnected from the physical. In fact, it can be an integration of the exterior world into the awareness of ourselves.
Poets, artists, and musicians understand this connection and express their understanding through their work. The inner world is not limited to these areas, of course.
The inner world is inherently feminine. It is the realm of the unknown, the un-discovered, the hidden. It can be a place of darkness and fear if we have not healed our traumas and wounds.
How do we reconcile the two?
For many, it means letting go of what you think to be true.
There is wisdom in understanding that to know all means to become God, and none of us have reached this point in our current journey.
It means finding comfort in the experience of being individually beautiful and unique. It is connecting deeper into our heart, unlocking information from an authentic place of experience, and giving ourselves credit for the discovery of it.
Subjective experience eventually reaches higher objective truth when we integrate both our mind and our senses together as one unit.
Through the continuous process of receiving and processing experiences, and understanding that our individual perspective plays a critical role in the discovery of knowledge, we eventually reach the capacity of awareness to see the world with wider eyes, and an open heart.
